Automation Solutions
Advanced Automation has developed a versatile sets of control system software in order to create custom solutions with tested and proven sets of software code. Our philosophy is simple. The client does not need to make manufacturing process changes to conform to packaged MES, SCADA, or Distributed Control Systems. Instead, with the use of Advanced Automation’s building blocks we can deliver solutions in a manner that is faster, less expensive, and much more reliable than any custom software solution. Our code modules are organized in libraries we call Dynamic Automation Control Libraries or DACLs.
Dynamic Automation Control Libraries (DACL)
The DACL is a set of pre-designed and pre-tested process standards, software code, and supporting documentation specifically designed to address the technical requirements of the client through client specific customization. The DACL is not a product, it is a library that allows Advanced Automation to automate the automation process without recreating the wheel every time.

Other companies have sets of standard software code that they use for different things, but the DACL is much more than that. Each DACL is one building block in a schema of building blocks which can be organized in many ways to support the clients specific manufacturing requirements. Some of those blocks are generic to support any manufacturing environment and some are industry specific.

The DACL building blocks are organized to support the four primary layers of technology in the manufacturing plant:
